Each competitor participates in the competition at his own risk, takes into account the risks associated with trail running and takes care of his own insurance cover independently. The organizer is not responsible for accidents that occur during the race.  

By registering for the event, you agree that the participant's name and possible club will be published on the event's website in the participant list, as well as in the results lists. Registrations for the Tiirismaa Trail event are handled through the Pace.Sport system.

Photo and video material will be produced from the event, which will be used in event-related information and marketing. By paying the participation fee, you agree that the photo taken of you can be used in connection with the event. 

If you accepted the marketing permission, the event organizer or partner can send you marketing messages. The organizer can send messages related to Tiirismaa Trail events. We use the information collected during registration for the arrangements related to the event or for needs related to health and safety. We do not sell information to third parties.

Registration changes and transfers: 

1. Registration is binding, and it is not possible to cancel it after registration.
2. Registration information (Name, Series and Club) can be transferred to another person until July 26, 2026, after which changing the information costs €10, and changes can be made until July 31, 2026. We do not guarantee personalized competition material for changes made after July 26, 2026.
3. All changes related to registration must be handled through the pace.sport system. We will not refund the difference arising from a possible trip change. When switching to a more expensive product, you pay the price difference between the products.
4. Post-registration is also possible on the spot, no later than one hour before the departure of the trip. Be on time and prepare for traffic jams. Card payment. 
5. If you wish, you can change your participation to another already published Tiirismaa Trail event for an additional fee of €20. The changes are handled through the pace.sport system itself before the end of the official registration period. When changing to a more expensive product, you pay the difference in price between the products in addition to the change fee. 
6. Other changes are not possible

Annulment: 

If the competition has to be cancelled due to, for example, the corona virus, dangerous circumstances or other force majeure, the right to participate will be transferred to the following year free of charge. If the competition has to be cancelled due to force majeure, the participant may request a refund of the participation fee if they wish. We will charge an office fee of €5 for the refund of the participation fee. In this case, the refund of the participation fee must be notified by 9 August 2026 at the latest to info@tiirismaatrail.fi, after which we will not refund the participation fee, and registration will be transferred to the 2027 event.
