Four free joint training sessions in the Tiirismaa terrain - technique, endurance and the joy of trail running.
Exercises led by professional trainer Coach Anttolainen!
You will need to bring training equipment suitable for the weather. Recommended shoes: trail running/mountain running shoes or other patterned running shoes. Most of the exercises can also be done with normal sneakers (20.7 downhill technique is the most difficult).

- The organizer will also reserve water for the training site.
- Sunday 20.7.2025 – Downhill technique and small trails
