Tiirismaa Trail 2025 Joint runs

Four free joint training sessions in the Tiirismaa terrain - technique, endurance and the joy of trail running.
Exercises led by professional trainer Coach Anttolainen!

You will need to bring training equipment suitable for the weather. Recommended shoes: trail running/mountain running shoes or other patterned running shoes. Most of the exercises can also be done with normal sneakers (20.7 downhill technique is the most difficult).

Schedules and themes

  • Sunday 13.7.2025 – Running technique and speed endurance
    1 pm | duration approximately 1.5–2 hours | Arvi Hauvosentie, Hollola
    • Bring your own drink bottle!
    • The organizer will also reserve water for the training site.
  • Sunday 20.7.2025 – Downhill technique and small trails
    1 pm | duration approximately 1.5–2 hours | Arvi Hauvosentie, Hollola
  • Sunday 27.7.2025 – Hill technique and accelerating power training
    1 pm | duration approximately 1.5–2 hours | Messilä Snow Center, Messiläntie 308, Hollola
  • Sunday 3.8.2025 – Shared run on the Tiirismaa Trail
    1 pm | duration approximately 1.5–2 hours | Messilä Snow Center, Messiläntie 308, Hollola
