HOKA Vertical at 13:00

HOKA vertical is an ultra-spiritual and social hill race, where x amount of 1.2 km long laps are done on Messilä's Karhu slope. In the competition, the aim is to advance every lap within the given time limit, and every 4 laps the speed is increased in the race. You have to make it to the new departure from the round within the time limit or the journey ends in the middle of the race. The race ends when only one competitor is left on the route. In the beginning, the pace is still leisurely, but the pace insidiously increases as the race progresses. The route will be published later and the climb speed table (see below) is therefore still preliminary, and possibly subject to change.

Tiirismaa Trail Kids 1.6 km - Girls and boys 10 / 12 / 14 - at 18:00

Tiirismaa Trail 8 km: Trekking and under 16-year-olds. (born in 2009 or later) - at 10:00

Tiirismaa Trekki fitness series and its route fits the first once for those on the trails. Young people under the age of 16 compete on the same route, perhaps in their first trail event. The route is technically easy, but there is enough physical challenge on the route, which the hills of the Messilä area take care of. The Tiirismaa Trail Trekki fitness series is a good option for those of you who want to enjoy the atmosphere of a trail running event with a group of friends, for example, and at the same time experience a suitable dose of the spectrum of emotions offered by the steep ascents of the Tiirismaa area.

Tiirismaa Trail 12 km - at 12:00

Tiirismaa Trail 12 km is renewed perhaps the most from previous years. Now there will be more climbs in Messilä, but let's also climb in Tiirismaa from a slightly different direction than before. The route is suitable for those participating in eco trail races if they want a slightly longer distance, which 8 km offers. However, the ascent profile is challenging enough even for more experienced climbers who want to challenge themselves with an intense 12 km journey.

Tiirismaa Trail 21 km - at 10:40 am

The Tiirismaa Trail 21 km route is really challenging with an ascent, which is not spared on this trip. The route climbs from almost every possible direction to the highest points of both Tiirisma and Messilä. As a reward for your hard work, you can occasionally see a breathtaking view in the direction of Vesijärvi and at the other end Iso Tiilijärvi. The 21 km route now goes in a different direction than before, but the same truth still applies: "you shouldn't use the bangs halfway, because there will be enough climbs until the end".  There are 3 service stations on the route, where you can replenish your liquid or energy reserves.

Tiirismaa Trail 21 km is the toughest 1-point competition of the ITRA organization.

The 21 km distance is also a UTMB 20 K Index event.

Tiirismaa Trail 42 km - at 9:00

Tiirisma Trail 42 km goes around the 21 km basic route twice, so negative split (faster split time of the second lap) those aiming for the first lap may start with the handbrake on. Relative to the distance, the route is probably the marathon route with the most ascent in Finland, which challenges both physically and mentally. There are 4 service stations and 3 drinking stations along the route. Service stations are located in Tiirismaa and drinking stations near the parking lot on Arvi Hauvonen road and in connection with the change of tour in Messilä.

Tiirismaa Trail 42 km is a 2-point race in ITRA's classification.

The 42 km distance is also a UTMB 50 K Index event.
