The route map for Friday's races can be downloaded below. The Vertical route (1.2 km) with 90 m of ascent per lap is shown in red. The Tiirismaa Trail Kids route (1.6 km / 110 m) is shown in blue.

Below the route map you can see the elevation profile for the 21 km round. The nature reserve areas on the route (LS area) are marked in more detail on the map, and it is good to know that especially at these points you should remember two important principles of trail runner etiquette: 1) let's stay on the marked route and 2) garbage is not left on the ground.
