Route map 26.7. Messilä Vertical / Messilä Uphill
The route map of Friday's races can be downloaded below. The vertical route (1.2 km) is shown in red, with a 90 m climb per lap. Blue shows the Uphill and Tiirismaa Trail Kids route (1.6 km / 110 m). In the For Fun series, the youngest members of the family can also correct themselves if they wish.
Route map 27.7. Tiirismaa Trail
Below the route map you can see the elevation profile for the 21 km round. The nature reserve areas on the route (LS area) are marked in more detail on the map, and it is good to know that especially at these points you should remember two important principles of trail runner etiquette: 1) let's stay on the marked route and 2) garbage is not left on the ground.
